Beautifully unhinged and incredibly relentless in its chaos, agression and intensity; Soulkeeper's debut full-length tastefully and creatively incorporates digital electronic experimentation with chaotic hardcore and mathcore, creating a listening experience that is as colourful and disorientating as its album artwork.
I talked about Veil Of Maya's further experimentation with electronic genres and digital manipulation on their latest album earlier today but stuff like this or what fromjoy does (fromjoy review soon!) is on a whole other level of actually pushing boundaries in extreme music when it comes to genre-mashing efficiently and creating the most chaotic and experimental mix of both worlds in order to spawn something new, in my opinion.
As delicate and swift as a shotgun blast, "Holy Design" is an absolute face melter that deserves the same kind of attention releases from bigger names in the genre have been enjoying in recent years, without a doubt.
Please don't miss out!
