Yeah I honestly don't know what else to say aside from the fact that Umbilical is disgustingly heavy and terrifyingly oppressive even by Thou's standards.
What a beautifully pissed-off and miserable record this is, with nasty riff after nasty riff from front to back and even nastier bass and guitar tones to drive home the relentlessly serrating vocals.
The kind of sonic beating you barely get to walk away from and yet promptly return for seconds.
