"You And I" has an unforgettable hauntingly dark and moody atmosphere that is as beautiful as it is melancholic.

The album is also punctuated by occasional moments of heaviness whenever the band's spleen overflows into sudden bursts of crushing beefy guitar riffs.

The track "Leave Me Out" perfectly showcases this and adds grandeur to heaviness with it's mournful piano in an epic, "end of times" send off to the album.

The vocals on here have this forlorn beauty to them that is absolutely infectious and the sighs of acoustic flamenco guitar that riddle this LP only further enhance their sorrowful nature.

I also have to mention the incredibly clean production on this album that makes it an even more delightful experience.

I will probably be coming back to this album very often and it is most definitely among my favorite and most memorable releases of 2020.

Do yourself a favor and listen to this gem. Enjoy!
